Ordering:

You are deemed to place an order by ordering via the online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost of the order. This will be from [email protected]

decorella may refuse to accept an order:
(a)where goods are not available;
(b)where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c)if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Payment methods:

PayPal - there is no need to have PayPal account in order to make a purchase, you can use your bank card when checking out if preferred.

Delivery

If someone without authority signs for your delivery (when you choose 'Signed For') at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of decorella.
As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Royal Mail depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted.

We will endeavour to dispatch items within two working days of the order being placed but cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond the control.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations and return policy

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email at [email protected] before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause listed below:
you can return goods you have ordered from the e-boutique for any reason at any time within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods and following a full inspection by ourselfs where items are received in the original condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: If any products have been made or customised specifically for you
if following my inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items.
If items are returned outside the agreed 14 day period
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and we have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.
